About the Role

As an Electronic Repair Technician at Techy Frederick, you'll be the go-to expert for diagnosing and repairing consumer electronics while delivering a top-tier experience to every customer who walks through our door. This is a hands-on position that blends technical repair work with front-of-house responsibilities in a fast-paced retail service environment.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of consumer electronics including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and related devices
• Greet customers warmly, check them in for service, and communicate repair status clearly throughout the process
• Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Process customer check-outs upon repair completion, ensuring satisfaction before they leave
• Participate in daily inventory counts during both AM and PM shifts to maintain accurate stock records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace that reflects the Techy brand standard
