About the Role
We're hiring Class A CDL drivers with 1 to 5 months of experience for dedicated over-the-road (OTR) dry van positions. You'll operate modern equipment on established routes, averaging 2,000 miles per week with a proven 12-days-out, 2-days-home schedule that keeps you in control of your time away and home time together.
What You'll Do
- Operate Class A CDL-qualified vehicles safely and efficiently across regional and long-haul routes
- Transport dry van freight to designated destinations on time and in excellent condition
- Maintain detailed logbooks, vehicle inspections, and compliance documentation
- Communicate with dispatch and manage load pickups and deliveries professionally
- Adhere to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and company operating standards
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with clean driving record
- 1 to 5 months of verifiable over-the-road driving experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to vehicle maintenance
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to on-time delivery and safety compliance
Compensation & Benefits
Earn 57 to 64 cents per mile based on your experience level. Drivers performing at our top tier can reach $1,650 weekly. You'll receive a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,500 and a $4,000 sign-on bonus to help you get started. We also support team driver partnerships with enhanced compensation ($5,000 sign-on bonus and 72 to 80 cents per mile split) and assistance in finding the right partner.
