About the Role

This full-time endocrinology assignment places you in an established clinical setting where you'll develop and manage treatment plans for patients with diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other metabolic disorders. Working Monday through Friday with a predictable patient load, you'll have the time needed to deliver thorough, thoughtful care in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and manage 14–18 patients per day, Monday to Friday
• Diagnose and treat endocrine, metabolic, and hormonal conditions
• Provide inpatient consultation and care coordination through hospital privileges
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans
• Participate in on-call services if you choose (optional)
• Document clinical work and maintain accurate patient records

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO with board certification in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes
• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Hospital privileges (existing or ability to obtain)
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Professional approach to locum tenens work
