This Director-level position sits at the intersection of sales, client success, and product strategy. You'll own partnership development and account growth for Capital One Ad Solutions' affiliate marketing business, serving as the principal point of contact for key merchant partners and driving their success with our platform.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute partnership strategies with marquee merchants to expand Capital One Ad Solutions' market presence
• Manage high-value client relationships and serve as executive champion for key accounts
• Synthesize product capabilities, performance data, and market insights to identify expansion opportunities
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver measurable partner outcomes
• Build business development initiatives that drive revenue growth in the affiliate marketing channel
