About the Role

As a Mobile Associate, you'll be at the front lines of T-Mobile's retail operation, engaging customers in a store-within-a-store setting. You'll demonstrate mobile devices, explain service plans, and help customers make informed decisions about their wireless needs. This is a full-time position that combines direct sales with genuine customer service.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers in selecting mobile devices and service plans that match their needs
• Process sales transactions and handle customer accounts
• Provide product knowledge and technical guidance to drive customer satisfaction
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for service upgrades
• Maintain store appearance and inventory standards in your department
• Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative retail environment

What We're Looking For

• Retail sales experience or demonstrated success in a customer-facing role
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex products simply
• Bilingual Spanish capability (preferred)
• Passion for technology and mobile devices
