About the Role

As a DC Warehouse Associate at our Aurora distribution center, you'll play a vital role in our logistics operations. Working the 1st shift, you'll ensure orders move efficiently from receipt through shipment, maintaining accuracy and safety throughout the process. This is steady, full-time work with a company that has been a trusted supplier since 1953.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory accurately into warehouse systems
• Store and organize products in their designated warehouse locations
• Pick and pack customer orders with precision and attention to detail
• Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently
• Operate standard warehouse equipment and tools including pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Conduct inventory counts and cycle verification to maintain stock accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily targets and objectives

What We're Looking For

• Physical capability to perform warehouse duties and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and reliability on the 1st shift schedule
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies
• Ability to work effectively as part of a warehouse team
• Forklift certification or willingness to pursue certification is valued
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
