This full-time role partners directly with the Chief Medical Officer to translate clinical vision into operational results across the organization.

About the Role

As Strategic Operations Manager within the Office of the CMO, you will serve as a trusted right hand to the Chief Medical Officer, driving the planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority initiatives. This is a hybrid/remote position based in the Seattle, King County area, with roughly 50% travel across the United States as business needs require. The role reports directly to the CMO and offers a compensation range of $90,000–$110,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Medical Officer, advancing key projects from concept through completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between clinical leadership and operational teams.
• Prepare briefings, track priorities, and manage follow-through on commitments emerging from the CMO's office.
• Support data gathering and analysis to inform clinical and operational decisions.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time to support stakeholders and initiatives nationwide.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in strategic operations, program management, or a comparable role, ideally within healthcare or a fast-moving technology environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable working alongside senior clinical leadership.
• Analytical mindset with sound judgment and attention to detail.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50% across the United States.
