Position Summary

As a Team Member at Circle K Stores in McKinney, you'll be the face of our store during overnight hours, supporting a dynamic, customer-focused retail environment. This part-time position offers the chance to develop retail and customer service skills while working flexible overnight shifts that include both weekdays and weekends. You'll help drive our store's success through friendly service, operational support, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide attentive, efficient service at the counter and throughout the store
• Process transactions using point-of-sale systems accurately and quickly
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking shelves and coolers
• Handle cash and payment methods with accuracy and integrity
• Support store security and follow loss-prevention procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet store goals and customer needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work flexible overnight shifts, including weekdays and weekends
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
• Must be at least 16 years old (or as required by state law)
