As a Security Agent with GardaWorld in Prairie Du Chien, you will serve in a flexible response capacity, moving between assignments as operational needs shift. This all-shifts position is ideal for someone who stays composed under changing circumstances and welcomes variety in their day-to-day work. Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site security coverage across rotating assignments and shifts as a special response or flex officer.
• Monitor premises, observe activity, and respond appropriately to incidents or irregularities.
• Adapt quickly from one assignment to the next while maintaining a professional, vigilant presence.
• Support the safety of clients, staff, and visitors at each location you are deployed to.
• Document observations and report concerns according to established procedures.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work all shifts and adjust to changing assignments and locations.
• A strong sense of reliability, attentiveness, and comfort with change.
• A valid Wisconsin security license is an advantage — candidates who already hold one are eligible for a $150 security license bonus.
• The ability to remain calm, focused, and responsive in varied environments.
