Regional Flatbed Truck Driver – up to $1,800/wk

Boyd Bros. Transportation Inc. is actively hiring full-time CDL-A Regional Flatbed Truck Drivers based out of Doswell, Hanover County — a regional driving opportunity built around strong weekly pay and a schedule that keeps you connected to home.

About the Role

This full-time regional flatbed position puts experienced CDL-A drivers behind the wheel of consistent, well-maintained equipment on a Monday through Friday schedule. Drivers earn up to $1,800 per week* and return home approximately one night per week, striking a balance between road time and personal life that pure OTR routes can't match. New drivers also receive sign-on bonus compensation and pay during orientation to get your career with Boyd started on solid financial footing.

What You'll Do

• Operate a tractor-trailer hauling flatbed freight on regional routes throughout your assigned lane network
• Secure and inspect loads in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and comply with all Hours of Service requirements
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status, delivery windows, and any road issues
• Represent Boyd Bros. Transportation with professionalism at customer sites and terminals

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Experience operating flatbed equipment and securing loads with straps, chains, and tarps
• Working knowledge of flatbed securement regulations
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
• Strong commitment to on-time delivery, cargo safety, and regulatory compliance
• Self-motivated, reliable, and professional attitude on and off the road
