This travel Physical Therapist position is a 13-week, full-time engagement working 40 hours per week on day shifts, with 8-hour shifts in an outpatient facility in Terre Haute, Indiana. What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans in an outpatient clinical environment
• Deliver therapeutic interventions targeting mobility, strength, pain management, and functional recovery
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge notes in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Maintain caseload productivity expectations consistent with outpatient therapy standards

What We're Looking For

• Active Physical Therapist license valid in the state of Indiana (or compact licensure eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent PT program
• Prior outpatient PT experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a full patient caseload independently from day one of assignment
• Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems
• Comfortable working day shifts in a fast-paced outpatient environment
