About the Role

As a Mobile Associate embedded within a partner retail location in Kailua Kona, you'll serve as the face of T-Mobile inside a host store environment. What You'll Do

• Engage customers on the sales floor of a partner store, recommending T-Mobile plans, devices, and accessories tailored to their needs
• Drive personal and store sales metrics by meeting or exceeding monthly goals
• Educate customers on device features, service options, promotions, and account benefits
• Set up new devices, assist with data transfers, and ensure customers leave confident with their purchase
• Build productive working relationships with host-store employees to generate traffic and referrals
• Handle transactions accurately and maintain a clean, well-stocked T-Mobile display area

What We're Looking For
