About the Role

As a Service Technician for Sage at Green Valley in Las Vegas, you will be the hands-on problem solver who keeps apartment homes and shared amenities safe, functional, and welcoming. This full-time, on-site position blends technical know-how with great resident service, making you an essential part of the on-property team.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general carpentry needs in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents through repairs, refreshes, and quality inspections.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules for building systems, common areas, and community amenities.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and on-call situations as required by the property.
• Maintain a clean, safe community by following safety standards and Greystar operating procedures.
• Communicate clearly with residents and teammates to ensure every issue is resolved professionally.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in apartment, residential, or facilities maintenance and repair.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance troubleshooting.
• Strong customer-service mindset and dependable, detail-oriented work habits.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and respond to on-call needs as needed.
• Authorization to work on-site full-time in Las Vegas, Clark County.
