About the Role
As an Entertainment Technician on the Electronic Services team, you'll be one of the behind-the-scenes Ambassadors who keep the shows running and the magic alive. Based at SeaWorld San Diego, this hands-on, part-time position is ideal for technically minded individuals who enjoy working with audio, lighting, and electronic systems that power unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain electronic equipment used across live shows, attractions, and entertainment venues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with audio, lighting, and related electronic systems
- Support daily performances and special events to ensure smooth, reliable production quality
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- Collaborate with entertainment and production teams to deliver consistent, high-quality presentations
- Follow all safety standards and operating procedures while working on-site
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in entertainment technology and electronic services
- Aptitude for working with audio, lighting, or technical production equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
