About the Role

As a Family Centered Clinician with Sevita's Mentor Behavioral Health team, you'll partner directly with children and their families to deliver Early Intervention, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and behavioral health services. This on-site position in Grandview Heights places you at the heart of a mission-driven team dedicated to helping every person live a full, healthy, and self-directed life.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered clinical support, including Early Intervention and ABA-based services, to children and individuals.
• Build trusting, motivating relationships with families to advance each person's developmental and behavioral goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and carry out individualized care plans.
• Promote well-being, independence, and quality of life across every interaction.

Qualifications

• Background or training in behavioral health, ABA, Early Intervention, or a related clinical discipline.
• Genuine passion for working alongside children, individuals, and their families.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Grandview Heights, Franklin County (this is not a remote role).
