About the Role

As a New Graduate Registered Nurse - RN, you will serve as an essential member of the hemodialysis health care team, helping deliver safe and effective dialysis treatment to patients in our Midwest City facility. This role is intended for individuals who have completed an accredited nursing program. Please note that in states where graduates may not perform nursing duties prior to licensure, you may begin in a Graduate Nurse Technician capacity, with your official job title determined by the regulations of the state in which you are employed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the hemodialysis team in providing safe, high-quality dialysis therapy to patients.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment under clinical supervision.
• Follow established care protocols and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technicians to coordinate effective patient care.
• Document treatment details accurately and maintain a clean, compliant care environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Eligibility to obtain Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, in line with the requirements of the state of employment.
• Willingness to begin in a Graduate Nurse Technician role where state law restricts pre-licensure nursing duties.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and clinical learning.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Midwest City.
