Home Care Assistance is now hiring experienced caregivers across the Roanoke area, including Martinsville and Martinsville City, to provide compassionate in-home support to aging seniors. If you hold a CNA, PCA, or HHA background and want a meaningful, full-time career, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As an experienced caregiver with Home Care Assistance, you'll deliver high-quality private-pay home care that helps older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This full-time position serves clients throughout Martinsville and the surrounding Roanoke region, with openings available across all shifts. Pay rates start at $17.00 per hour, and qualified new hires may be eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Support light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and attentive, respectful care tailored to each client's needs
• Monitor client well-being and communicate changes to the care team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience, ideally as a CNA, PCA, or HHA
• A genuine commitment to the dignity and comfort of older adults
• Reliability, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
• Availability for full-time work, with flexibility across shifts
• Ability to work in client homes throughout the Roanoke and Martinsville area
