Amazon is hiring a Senior GTM Specialist, Measurement within the Sales GTM (SGTM) organization, based on-site in Santa Monica. This full-time role sits inside Amazon Advertising, where commerce and advertising come together at a scale few companies can match.

About the Role

As a Senior GTM Specialist focused on Measurement, you will help shape how Amazon Advertising demonstrates the impact and value its solutions deliver for advertising partners. With millions of shoppers turning to Amazon each day to explore and purchase products, this position is centered on making advertising measurement clear, credible, and useful — so that advertisers can confidently understand the return generated by their investment. This is an in-office opportunity in Santa Monica and is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive go-to-market strategy for measurement solutions across the Sales GTM (SGTM) team.
• Translate complex measurement concepts into clear value propositions for internal sales teams and external advertising partners.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure measurement offerings align with advertiser needs and business priorities.
• Support efforts that connect advertising performance to meaningful, measurable customer and partner outcomes.
• Contribute to positioning, enablement, and adoption of measurement capabilities within Amazon Advertising.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in go-to-market, advertising measurement, analytics, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong ability to communicate data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfort operating cross-functionally in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
• A customer-obsessed mindset and a track record of delivering at a senior, individual-contributor level.
• Willingness to work on-site in Santa Monica.
