About the Role

As a To-Go Specialist at the Market Street Chili's in Chattanooga, you are the friendly point of contact for Guests picking up their orders. Your mission is simple but meaningful: deliver quick, accurate service paired with the warm, welcoming hospitality Chili's is known for. This is an in-person, full-time position based in Hamilton County.

Key Responsibilities

• Know the Chili's menu inside and out so you can confidently describe dishes and answer Guest questions.
• Create a smooth, enjoyable To-Go experience from greeting to handoff for each and every Guest.
• Respond to incoming phone calls promptly, aiming to answer within the first few rings.
• Package and verify orders for accuracy so Guests get exactly what they ordered.
• Partner closely with kitchen and front-of-house teammates to keep service moving efficiently.
