About the Role

As a Field Marketing Specialist 1 with Sodexo in Mankato, you'll own the marketing strategy that grows unit sales, strengthens customer loyalty, and elevates the Sodexo brand across the university's dining and campus services. You'll partner closely with operations teams to bring promotions, programs, and campus experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth-focused marketing plans designed to increase sales for the campus dining unit.
• Create campaigns and on-site activations that boost customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Champion and consistently represent the Sodexo brand throughout the Minnesota State University–Mankato community.
• Collaborate with unit leadership and operations staff to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Background or strong interest in marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
