About the Role
As the HVAC Lead Installer at Topline Heating & Air, you will take ownership of full residential heating and cooling installations from start to finish. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pittsburgh, ideal for a seasoned technician who takes pride in clean, accurate workmanship and enjoys setting the standard for a hardworking crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and complete residential HVAC system installations to manufacturer and code specifications
- Guide and support installation helpers and apprentices on the job site
- Ensure each project is finished safely, efficiently, and to a high quality standard
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and confirm their satisfaction at completion
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a tidy, organized work area
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems
- Ability to lead installations and mentor team members on site
- Strong knowledge of heating and cooling equipment, controls, and installation best practices
- Valid driver's license and reliable, professional approach to customer-facing work
- Willingness to take on overtime when projects require it
Compensation & Benefits
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Annual earnings range of $73,152–$138,210, based on experience and performance and inclusive of bonuses
- Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $500 to $4,000
- Overtime opportunities and paid drive time
- Medical benefits effective the first of the month after your hire date
