About the Role

As a Pricing and Sales Strategy Manager, you will help organizations strengthen their relationships with customers and unlock measurable commercial value. Working within Deloitte's Customer team, you will shape pricing approaches and go-to-market strategies that translate insight into sustained growth and lasting customer value, both created and captured.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine pricing and sales strategies that drive profitable, sustainable growth for client organizations.
• Apply advanced analytics and Generative AI to surface insights that inform commercial decision-making.
• Design innovative customer strategies that deepen engagement and improve overall customer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver transformative technology and creative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Guide clients through value creation and value capture across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy, sales strategy, or commercial transformation.
• Strong command of advanced analytics and a working familiarity with Generative AI applications in a business context.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and translate strategy into practical outcomes.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Paradise.
