About the Role

As a Senior Designer on the Kids NSW Footwear team, you'll own the creative vision for products built specifically for younger athletes and the families who choose them. This is a full-time, on-site position based at NIKE's Beaverton campus, where you'll translate insight, trend, and athlete needs into footwear that performs and inspires.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive original footwear concepts from early sketches through final, production-ready designs for the Kids NSW category.
• Partner closely with a wide project team spanning engineering, product management, marketing, merchandising, testing, product development, and costing.
• Collaborate within the broader design community, including product, materials, color, graphics, and 3D specialists, to push craft and innovation.
• Mentor and exchange ideas with fellow designers, raising the creative bar across the group.
• Balance aesthetic vision with manufacturability, fit, and cost considerations unique to kids' product.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a footwear or product designer, ideally with senior-level ownership of projects end to end.
• Strong design fundamentals across sketching, form, materials, color, and construction.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
• A portfolio that shows original thinking, technical fluency, and an understanding of how design connects with the consumer.
• Comfort working on-site in Beaverton, in a fast-moving, team-driven environment.
