Countryside Montessori Charter School is seeking a dedicated Classroom Assistant in Land O Lakes to support teachers and students throughout the 2026-2027 school year. About the Role
As a Montessori Classroom Assistant, you will work alongside the Teacher of Record to create an engaging, supportive learning environment for students in Grades 1-3. This is a part-time position with daily hours from 8:30 am to 1:15 pm, based on-site in Land O Lakes. You will report to the Head of School and partner closely with classroom teachers to keep daily instruction running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers and students within regular classrooms and in additional capacities as needed.
- Help prepare instructional materials for lessons and classroom activities.
- Assist with collecting, organizing, and managing classroom materials.
- Contribute to a positive, well-structured Montessori learning setting for children in Grades 1-3.
- Carry out related duties as directed by the supervising teacher and Head of School.

- A genuine interest in working with elementary-age children in a Montessori classroom.
- Availability for the part-time schedule of 8:30 am to 1:15 pm during the 2026-2027 school year.
