Customer Service Representative

Housby Mack, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Saydel, Polk County to be the friendly, organized voice connecting our customers with our Body & Paint Shop team. If you thrive on clear communication and keeping repair projects running smoothly, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at Housby Mack, Inc., you will serve as the central point of contact for body and paint repair customers in Saydel, Polk County. From the first phone call through final completion, you will keep clients informed, coordinate the details, and help ensure every repair experience is seamless. This is a non-exempt, full-time position within our Body & Paint Shop department.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the communication link between customers and the Housby team throughout the entire repair journey.
• Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide customers with accurate, up-to-date status reports on their body and paint repairs.
• Coordinate and schedule vehicle inspections to keep projects moving on time.
• Assist the team with preparing and supporting repair estimates.
• Help guarantee a smooth, start-to-finish process for every body and paint repair.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail when juggling multiple repairs at once.
• Comfort handling phone calls, emails, and scheduling in a busy shop environment.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to coordinate effectively between customers and internal teams.
• Reliable, on-site availability for this full-time role in Saydel, Polk County.
