About the Role

As an Armed CCB Security Officer with 1st Security Services, you will be stationed at contracted marijuana dispensary sites throughout North Las Vegas and the surrounding Clark County area. Your core mission is to maintain a safe, secure, and orderly environment by protecting the property, assets, and personnel of the customers we serve. This position calls for a composed, accountable professional who can adapt to a range of settings while upholding the highest standards of vigilance and conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Guard the premises, inventory, and people at assigned dispensary locations against theft, loss, and unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible, professional armed presence that deters incidents and reassures staff and visitors.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and surroundings, responding promptly to disturbances or security concerns.
• Enforce site rules and access procedures in line with client and regulatory requirements.
• Document observations and incidents accurately throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Nevada CCB (Cannabis Compliance Board) credentials.
