The position is based in Haymount, Cumberland County, and runs for approximately 13 weeks with a scheduled start date of July 13, 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, evidence-based nursing care to progressive care and step-down patients.
- Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and the broader care team to coordinate patient plans.
- Document assessments and patient progress accurately throughout each 12-hour night shift.
Qualifications
- Active and valid RN license appropriate for practice in North Carolina.
- Specialty experience in PCU / Progressive Care or step-down nursing.
- Availability for a 36-hour work week scheduled across 12-hour night shifts.
- Willingness to commit to the full 13-week travel assignment beginning July 13, 2026.
