What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic and repair work on Porsche vehicles, from routine maintenance to complex mechanical and electrical systems
- Execute engine rebuilds, transmission service, brake system overhauls, and suspension repairs to exacting standards
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide technical recommendations to customers
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation for every job completed
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs
- Stay current with manufacturer specifications and evolving Porsche diagnostic technology
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electronic issues using specialized diagnostic equipment
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise diagnosing and repairing Porsche vehicles—experience with multiple model generations preferred
- Master-level ASE certifications or equivalent advanced technical qualifications
- Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and computer-based service systems
- Strong understanding of Porsche engineering and performance specifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer vehicles
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Valid driver's license and willingness to test-drive completed repairs
