Position Summary

This Yard Crewmember/ Forklift Operator position with Mccoys centers on safe, efficient movement and organization of materials across outdoor and yard spaces in 004 League City, TX. The role contributes directly to smooth site flow by managing equipment operation, inventory readiness, and team support for high-volume outdoor activity. Candidates will thrive in a hands-on environment that values reliability, physical engagement, and consistent safety practices while serving full-time responsibilities at the Mccoys location.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and related equipment to transport, stack, and stage materials within the yard and loading areas
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles with accuracy and care to protect product integrity
• Organize and maintain the yard inventory so that requested items remain accessible and properly arranged
• Perform routine checks and light maintenance on forklifts and other yard tools to keep them ready for use
• Follow established safety protocols, wear required protective gear, and report hazards or equipment issues promptly
• Collaborate with teammates to complete daily tasks efficiently and support overall yard flow at the 004 League City, TX site
• Assist with general cleanup, debris removal, and space organization to keep work areas neat and functional

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts or similar industrial equipment safely and effectively
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and handle materials throughout a full workday in outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail when counting, locating, and placing inventory items
• Reliable work ethic and commitment to punctuality in a full-time schedule
• Basic mechanical awareness for conducting equipment walk-arounds and identifying simple issues

• Prior experience in a yard crewmember or forklift operator role is preferred though open to skilled candidates ready to contribute in 004 League City, TX
