About the Role

As a Welder with Pivotal Health Solutions, you will serve as a welding fabricator inside our Watertown, Codington County factory, where we produce medical treatment tables used by healthcare and rehabilitation professionals. This is an on-site, full-time position centered on hands-on metal fabrication, accurate finishing work, and close teamwork with operators and quality staff throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks to construct durable, high-quality medical table components.
• Cut, shape, and lathe raw materials to required specifications before assembly.
• Join mating parts with consistent, code-quality welds that meet our standards.
• Collaborate with a production team that puts safety, quality, and shop culture first.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and leaders across every level of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on welding and fabrication experience, ideally in a factory or manufacturing setting.
• Comfort operating cutting and lathe equipment to prep and finish materials.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and producing consistent, accurate results.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time in Watertown, Codington County.
