About the Role

Raymond James Stadium hosts major sports events, concerts, and live entertainment experiences. As a Warehouse/Maintenance Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain and facility maintenance team—managing inventory, coordinating equipment repairs and storage, and working closely with venue staff to keep our operations running seamlessly. You'll play a key role in supporting the logistics that make every event at our Tampa venue successful.

What You'll Do

• Manage warehouse inventory, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing supplies and equipment
• Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders, scheduling repairs and communicating with contractors and vendors
• Inspect equipment and facilities regularly, identifying maintenance needs and documenting issues
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, maintenance activities, and equipment condition
• Ensure warehouse compliance with safety standards and organizational procedures
• Support event setup and breakdown by coordinating the availability of necessary equipment and supplies
• Organize and optimize storage areas for efficiency and accessibility
• Assist with purchasing coordination and vendor communications

What We're Looking For

• Proven warehouse, inventory management, or maintenance support experience
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency with inventory management systems or basic data entry
• Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
• Reliable transportation and availability for part-time scheduling
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance or willingness to learn
