Role Overview
The Digital Adoption Lead role at Flight Centre involves driving strategic adoption and engagement with our enterprise software. - Create and deliver training programs and resources to enhance employee proficiency with our enterprise software.
- Analyse data and metrics to track the success of digital adoption initiatives and make informed recommendations for future improvements.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in digital adoption, change management, and software training. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively across departments, and possess strong analytical abilities. A background in technology or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record of successfully driving digital adoption within organisations.
