Maintenance Digital Adoption Lead

Newell Brands is hiring a Maintenance Digital Adoption Lead at our facility in Archer, Laramie County. As a full-time member of our leadership team, you'll drive digital transformation across our maintenance operations, helping teams embrace new technologies and streamline critical processes.

About the Role

The Maintenance Digital Adoption Lead will champion the successful implementation and adoption of digital tools, platforms, and processes within the maintenance function. You'll work at the intersection of operations, technology, and change management—identifying opportunities to modernize workflows, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency across our manufacturing and support facilities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute digital adoption strategies tailored to the maintenance team's unique needs and pain points
• Lead change management initiatives, communicating vision and building buy-in across all levels of the maintenance organization
• Design and deliver training programs to ensure technicians and supervisors can effectively use new digital systems
• Partner with IT, operations, and maintenance leadership to identify, evaluate, and implement digital solutions
• Monitor adoption metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on approaches to maximize tool utilization and value realization
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in digital adoption, change management, or process improvement—ideally in a manufacturing or maintenance environment
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, systems thinking, and how digital tools drive operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse audiences
• Project management experience and ability to work cross-functionally in complex organizational settings
• Problem-solving mindset with a track record of translating stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and explain technical concepts in accessible terms
