About the Role

This is a non-compensated volunteer position embedded within the Pinal County Sheriff's Office. Citizens on Patrol volunteers conduct community patrols using marked vehicles, serving as an important extension of the Sheriff's Office by providing additional eyes and ears across the county.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle patrols of assigned areas ranging from minimal to moderate complexity
• Apply sharp observation skills to identify and document activity relevant to law enforcement
• Maintain accurate records and communicate information efficiently to Sheriff's Office personnel
• Operate in accordance with established Pinal County Sheriff's Office policies and procedures
• Support sworn deputies by extending patrol coverage throughout the community
