Visual Merchandiser – Bershka Liffey Valley

Bershka, part of the INDITEX fashion retail group, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our Liffey Valley store in Dublin, County Dublin, Leinster, Ireland. What This Role Involves

This is a vibrant, fast-paced position where you'll combine creative vision with commercial insight to drive how customers experience our store. Working closely with management, you'll translate trend knowledge and sales data into compelling visual storytelling, ensuring every section of the shop feels fresh, on-brand and engaging. You'll respond quickly to market changes and performance metrics, keeping Bershka's bold, youthful aesthetic at the centre of the shopping experience.

Core Duties

• Design and execute visually striking window displays, floor layouts and focal points that showcase new collections and best sellers
• Dress mannequins and create coordinated outfits to highlight key pieces and inspire customer purchases
• Review sales and commercial data to identify which products and categories to prioritise visually
• Adapt displays swiftly when trading patterns shift or new stock arrives, maintaining commercial momentum
• Oversee store presentation standards across signage, fixtures, lighting and product placement
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on floor refreshes and seasonal revamps, following brand guidelines
• Manage product availability and flow to keep the shop easy to navigate with stock levels clearly visible
• Build product knowledge and styling expertise with colleagues to enhance their ability to serve customers confidently
• Champion INDITEX's commitment to sustainability through active engagement with company initiatives

Requirements

• A developed instinct for fashion trends and a strong grasp of Bershka's youthful, dynamic brand identity
• Ability to work with commercial reports and transform sales insights into visual merchandising decisions
• Comfort working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a high-energy retail environment
• Strong organisational skills and the capability to reprioritise as store needs change throughout the day
• Excellent teamwork and genuine willingness to share styling expertise with colleagues at all levels
