About the Role
As a Video Board Operator, you'll oversee the technical operation and management of large-format video displays and digital signage systems. You'll work collaboratively with production teams, broadcast crews, and operations staff to ensure seamless video content delivery and optimal display quality throughout event operations and venue activities.
What You'll Do
- Operate and manage video display systems, scoreboards, and graphic overlays during events and operational hours
- Coordinate with production and graphics teams to execute video content, replays, and real-time information displays
- Monitor technical performance of video equipment and troubleshoot issues to maintain consistent broadcast quality
- Manage video playback, timing, and synchronization with live events and announcements
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of operational activities and any technical incidents
- Collaborate with marketing, broadcast, and venue operations teams to support organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- Experience operating video production equipment, broadcast systems, or scoreboard/display technology
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot video and audio systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to follow detailed operational procedures
- Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Willingness to work event schedules and varying hours during the season
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant experience a plus
