We are excited to welcome Yo-Chi - Embrace the Chi to Harristown in Toowoomba and we're seeking an outstanding Venue General Manager to spearhead our launch. At Yo-Chi, we aim to unite the community through delicious frozen yogurt experiences that inspire joy and foster inclusivity.

Core Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth running and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies for staff training and development
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and special offers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff

• Proven experience in managing venue operations or similar roles
• A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
• Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and develop a team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with inventory management systems preferred
