UXOQC – Kwajalein Atoll

RELYANT Global, LLC is hiring an experienced UXO Quality Control Specialist (UXOQC) to support a major munitions response effort at Kwajalein Atoll, based out of Rockford, Blount County. If you bring proven UXO quality control expertise and want to lead the quality program on a significant overseas project, this full-time role is for you.

About the Role

Relyant Global has multiple openings for the UXOQC - Kwajalein Atoll position, supporting a large-scale project expected to last approximately one year, with fieldwork anticipated to begin in the fall of 2026. Reporting to the company's Quality Assurance Manager, the UXOQC will oversee and direct the site-level quality program, ensuring every phase of work meets established standards. This is a full-time, on-site role and is not remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and lead the quality control program at the project site under the guidance of the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Put into practice and uphold all applicable quality requirements throughout project operations.
• Monitor field activities to confirm compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
• Document quality findings, identify deficiencies, and drive corrective actions to resolution.
• Coordinate with project leadership and field teams to maintain consistent quality across all tasks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience as a UXO Quality Control Specialist (UXOQC).
• Strong working knowledge of quality assurance and quality control practices on UXO or munitions response projects.
• Ability to enforce quality and compliance requirements in a demanding field environment.
• Willingness to relocate or deploy to Kwajalein Atoll for the duration of an approximately one-year assignment beginning fall 2026.
