Position Summary
Nexplore is seeking dynamic and passionate part-time instructors to join our team in providing enriching after-school programs. This role involves delivering engaging and educational STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) activities to students aged 5-14 years old.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive lessons that align with the STEAM curriculum
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants
- Assist in organizing materials, setting up classrooms, and cleaning up after activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and program details
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities as needed
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1 year experience in teaching or tutoring STEAM subjects
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering students' curiosity and creativity
- Certification or degree in relevant field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) is preferred but not required
- Background check clearance as required by the company
