About This Position
Australian Concreting Contractors is seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver / Yard & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves hands-on support for formwork and concreting operations across multiple construction sites in Perth, while also ensuring the Henderson yard remains organized, safe, and operates efficiently.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive trucks safely and efficiently between construction sites and the Henderson yard
- Assist with loading and unloading materials at various job sites
- Ensure the yard is well-organized and all equipment is in good working condition
- Implement safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
- Support logistics operations, including scheduling and coordination of deliveries and pickups
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a truck driver or similar role in the construction industry
- A valid Heavy RACQ license (Class 1)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute positively to the overall success of the yard operations
