This full-time role involves coordinating outbound deliveries from our Ingleburn manufacturing site, working with freight carriers, and ensuring smooth production flow through hands-on logistics management.

<h2-Core Duties

• Coordinate and manage outbound deliveries across various modes of transportation
• Work closely with freight carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Process and maintain shipping documentation, including waybills and manifests
• Utilise customer portals for tracking and communication with clients
• Ensure compliance with all relevant logistics regulations and company policies

• Proven experience in a logistics or similar role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and communication
