The Opportunity

Anderson Trucking Service is offering lease-purchase opportunities for experienced truck drivers who are looking to take control of their lifestyle while enjoying the freedom of over-the-road (OTR) flatbed driving. This role provides a weekly salary range between $1,700 and $3,100, with the potential for growth as you progress through your lease-purchase agreement.

Core Duties

• Pick up and deliver freight across various routes within the OTR network
• Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries and mileage
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations regarding safety and driving standards
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to manage load schedules and customer needs

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for flatbed operations
• Minimum of 6 months of over-the-road driving experience in a similar role
• Prior lease-purchase or ownership experience is preferred but not required
• A strong work ethic and commitment to safety are essential
• Ability to handle long hours, irregular schedules, and the responsibility that comes with being a professional driver
