About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A over-the-road (OTR) truck drivers for our team at U.S. Xpress - OTR in Cornfields, Arizona. This role offers a competitive pay structure based on experience with an average of 52-56 cents per mile (CPM). Solo OTR drivers can expect to drive approximately 2,000 miles per week and earn up to $1,500 weekly.
Responsibilities
- Hauling dry van freight across the United States
- Maintaining a consistent, planned schedule with predictable home time
- Performing 28 days out of every run with 5 days at home
- Earning performance bonuses for top 20% drivers
- Enjoying sign-on bonus and paid vacation benefits
Requirements
- CDL-A license required
- 1-5 months of OTR driving experience preferred but not mandatory
- Able to handle long-haul routes with 100% no-touch freight
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance with company policies
