About the Role

Decker Truck Line is now hiring Over-the-Road (OTR) Reefer Drivers. This opportunity prioritizes productivity and service over seniority, offering a competitive salary of $112k per year. The position requires a Commercial Driver License (CDL A) with prior experience.

Your Responsibilities

As an OTR Reefer driver at Decker Truck Line, you will be responsible for:

• Loading and unloading refrigerated trailers to ensure proper temperature control of perishable goods.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your vehicle during transport.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch for route updates and customer inquiries.

Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Hold a valid CDL A license with proper endorsements for refrigerated trailers (reefer).
• Possess at least 6 months of over-the-road driving experience.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and climb into and out of the vehicle easily.
• Have a clean driving record, including no major traffic violations or accidents in the past three years.
