Position Summary

Decker is now hiring OTR (Over the Road) Reefer Drivers with at least 6 months of experience. This position offers a competitive salary of $112k per year and requires a Commercial Driver's License Class A (CDL A). The role involves driving refrigerated trailers to transport perishable goods across long distances.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive refrigerated trailers safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Ensure the proper loading and unloading of cargo in compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor temperature settings for perishable goods during transit.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any issues encountered during the trip.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 6 months of experience as a truck driver.
• A valid CDL A license with appropriate endorsements.
• Prioritization of productivity and commitment to service excellence.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
