Position Summary

We are seeking experienced owner operators to join our team at Decker Truck Line. This is a full-time opportunity with the potential for significant earnings and long-term partnership within a family-owned carrier.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver freight across various routes as assigned by the company
• Maintain your own equipment in good working condition to ensure safe operations
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations and laws
• Communicate effectively with dispatch for scheduling and route updates
• Ensure timely delivery of freight while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 6 months of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience
• A clean driving record with no major traffic violations in the past three years
• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Strong communication skills for interacting with dispatch, customers, and other team members
• A commitment to safety and adherence to all company policies
