Truck Driver Company – 2yrs EXP Required – OTR – Reefer

W. N. Morehouse Truck Line is hiring an experienced OTR Reefer Truck Driver (Company) based out of Bloomington, San Bernardino County. If you hold a CDL-A, have at least two years of verifiable driving experience, and want consistent over-the-road miles hauling refrigerated freight, this full-time opportunity was built for you.

About the Role

As a Company Truck Driver with W. N. Morehouse Truck Line, you will run over-the-road (OTR) lanes operating temperature-controlled reefer trailers. This is a full-time, on-site driving position out of Bloomington, San Bernardino County, ideal for professional drivers who take pride in safe, on-time deliveries and well-maintained equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on OTR routes, transporting refrigerated (reefer) freight safely and on schedule.
• Monitor and manage reefer temperature settings to protect product integrity throughout transit.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, plus accurate logs in line with DOT regulations and hours-of-service rules.
• Handle drop-and-hook, pickups, and unloading duties as required by the route.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and maintain professional contact with customers during deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable OTR driving experience.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety and compliance.
• Reefer experience preferred and willingness to run over-the-road schedules.
