Build the skills for this role
Build acute-care RN skills for travel assignments: triage prioritization, rapid assessment, med-surg or specialty competence matching the contract, clean charting, and flexible onboarding at new facilities. No cert cost list was provided in source data.
Be ready to walk through recent acuity, specialty experience, floating comfort, charting systems used, and how you handle first-week orientation on a travel contract. Ask about assignment length, call, housing stipend structure, and credentialing timelines with Triage.
Strong fit if you hold an active RN license, can start a new facility quickly, and want travel staffing rather than a permanent Anderson unit role.
