Position Summary
Fastaff Travel Nursing is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing position focusing on the PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care specialty. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team in Highland Park, Texas, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients before surgery and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) procedures.
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate interventions during preoperative and postoperative care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities, medical observations, and treatment plans accurately.
Skills & Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure.
- Minimum 1 year experience in PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care specialty.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Aptitude for critical thinking and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
