As a Travel Physical Therapist with Synergy Medical Staffing, you will work standard daytime hours within a home health setting, building rehabilitation plans that help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence in the comfort of their own homes. The contract spans 13 weeks at 40 hours per week, with eight-hour day shifts running from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their homes throughout Pueblo County to provide skilled physical therapy services.
